Als Senior Operations Director Aviation Security ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, verdere professionalisering en prestatieverbetering van onze luchthavenbeveiligingsoperatie op Schiphol. Een complexe 24/7-omgeving waarin veiligheid, compliance, dienstverlening en operationele prestaties iedere dag samenkomen. Wat deze rol bijzonder maakt, is de directe impact op de veilige en betrouwbare doorstroming van miljoenen passagiers. Je vervult een sleutelpositie binnen één van de grootste beveiligingsoperaties van Nederland en geeft leiding aan een organisatie van circa 1.600 medewerkers.
