As an new COE Manager of Aid and Relief, you will be leading a team of 5 experienced colleagues in the Aid & relief operations in Denmark & The Netherlands, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers. The position is requiring an entrepreneurial mindset to lead 3 operational managers in growth and a business excellence team of 4. The position requires solid leadership skills to continue building on the team’s success.
