Als Operations Manager Implementations ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een succesvolle implementatie van nieuwe klanten en operationele veranderingen. Je houdt overzicht, verbindt verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat implementaties volgens planning en met de juiste kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Met jouw proactieve houding, organisatietalent en focus op continue verbeteren maak je impact. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een fulltime functie (32 tot 40 uur bespreekbaar). Salaris in CAO RCS K: tussen €4.163,- en €5.548,- met doorgroeimogelijkheden tot €6.934,- afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring Een bonusregeling van maximaal 10 % van jouw jaarsalaris Reiskostenvergoeding 8% Vakantiegeld 25 vakantiedagen, uit te breiden tot 39 bij een fulltime dienstverband Je komt te werken bij een organisatie…
