Als Senior Jurist Omgevingsrecht geef je direct richting aan maatschappelijke vraagstukken onder de Omgevingswet. Met jouw diepgaande kennis van planologische procedures en het omgevingsrecht vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar praktische, juridisch houdbare oplossingen. Het team waarin je komt te werken bestaat uit adviseurs, generalisten en specialisten, die een brede groep opdrachtgevers bedienen (waaronder het Rijk, provincies, gemeenten,waterschappen, ontwikkelaars en energiemaatschappijen). Dit doen zij op het gebied van ruimtelijke planvorming: vanaf de haalbaarheidsstudie tot en met de (voorbereiding van de) realisatie. In het team ligt de focus op de advisering over en het opstellen van de kerninstrumenten onder de Omgevingswet.…
