The role Nebius is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Corporate Paralegal to join the Corporate & Governance legal team and manage the day-to-day governance and maintenance of our international group structure. The role will support the full lifecycle of our subsidiaries, from incorporation and ongoing compliance to restructurings and liquidations. You will also support Nebius’s rapid international expansion by coordinating the establishment of entities in new countries and ensuring that our corporate records, governance processes and entity-management systems remain accurate and scalable. Working closely with Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, HR and external advisors, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving international environment.…
