About the role In this senior role, you will advise Nexperia on a wide range of national and international corporate law and corporate governance matters including M&A, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors “ You will collaborate intensively with Nexperia’s international Finance, Treasury and Tax departments and provide pragmatic, high quality legal support to strategic transactions.
