About the role In this senior role, you will advise Nexperia on a wide range of national and international corporate law and corporate governance matters including M&A, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors “ You will collaborate intensively with Nexperia’s international Finance, Treasury and Tax departments and provide pragmatic, high quality legal support to strategic transactions. In addition, you will support the legal team in litigation and dispute matters of varying complexity, contributing your expertise where needed.
