Als stagiair werk je elke dag mee aan het verwerken van facturen van leveranciers. Je doet dit samen met een ervaren team. Je kijkt of alle gegevens kloppen en of de factuur past bij de afspraken met de leverancier. Daarna zet je de factuur netjes in het systeem. Heeft een leverancier of collega een vraag over een factuur? Dan help je die verder. Zo leer je precies werken en duidelijk uitleg geven. Wat ga je leren tijdens deze stage? Je leert hoe je facturen controleert en verwerkt. Je leert de combinatie van administratie met contact en service. Je krijgt ruimte om niet alleen het werk te doen, maar ook mee te denken over verbetering, digitalisering en AI. Naast je dagelijkse werk krijg je tijd voor een eigen stageopdracht.…
