About the role We’re looking for someone to join Finance Ops and take responsibility for the financial operations behind Monumental. You’ll own the end-of-month (EOM) close across multiple countries, entities and currencies, working closely with our finance and operations teams. Alongside closing, you’ll handle invoice processing and financial administration. This role is open to junior candidates starting their careers as well as people with 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations at a startup. You enjoy working with numbers and want to understand how a company runs. You don’t need a background in robotics or construction.
