Waarom deze rol belangrijk is Als Manager Finance & Control speel je een sleutelrol in hoe we als organisatie financieel sturen. Of het nu gaat om het strak regelen van de maandafsluiting, het voorbereiden van de audit of het geven van financiële input bij grote interne projecten - jij zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en grip. Je stuurt een team aan van 7-8 medewerkers en zorgt dat onze financiële processen kloppen en inzicht geven. Je werkt nauw samen met de CFO en vertaalt complexe cijfers naar heldere adviezen waar de hele organisatie mee vooruit kan. Dit is een rol voor iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, scherp is op details én graag meedenkt op strategisch niveau.…
