Wat ga je doen? Tijdens deze stageopdracht duik je in het maandafsluitingsproces en verder optimalisering en automatisering hiervan. Je onderzoekt welke memoriaalboekingen er worden gemaakt, waarom ze ontstaan en hoeveel tijd ze kosten. Daarmee help je Finance om de doorlooptijd van de maandafsluiting te verkorten en het proces minder foutgevoelig te maken. Wat je gaat doen: Inventariseren van alle memoriaal boekingen binnen het maandafsluitingsproces / analyseren van historische data; Categoriseren van memoriaal boekingen (bijvoorbeeld correcties, accruals, reallocaties en eenmalige posten); In kaart brengen van de tijdsbesteding per type memoriaal boeking; Identificeren van oorzaken (procesmatig, datastructuur, systeembeperkingen, afhankelijkheden); Vaststellen welke memoriaal boekingen…
