Als Teamlead Finance Beurs Volmacht ben je de drijvende kracht achter de twee financiële subteams van Beurs en Volmacht, Relatiebeheer en Business Proces Management. Samen zorgen jullie voor een juiste, tijdige en volledige (financiële) administratie.Een afdeling die effectief en efficiënt werkt, vergaand is gedigitaliseerd met behulp van AI en waarbij processen aantoonbaar in control zijn en volledig voldoen aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving en NN-policies. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van dit professionele team, maar je rol reikt verder dan operationeel management. Je bent een strategische sparringpartner die richting geeft aan verandering, processen toekomstbestendig maakt en bijdraagt aan het behoud van onze nummer 1-positie in een markt die continu in beweging is.…
