Als IT Support Engineer bent je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de eindgebruikers voor zowel vragen, verstoringen of uitleg aangaande dit nieuwe LIMS systeem en de daaraan gerelateerde software. Door je kennis en beschikbare documentatie weet je veel zelf te verhelpen, waar dit niet het geval is duik je er zelf in of vraag je de 2e en 3e lijn experts om hulp om er samen uit te komen. Je bent nieuwschierig en zoekt graag naar antwoorden, je vind het leuk om te weten hoe de dagelijkse operatie draait en schroomt niet om het lab op te gaan om je eindgebruikers op te zoeken en te spreken. Daarmee leer je hoe de eingdgebruiker het systeem gebruikt zodat je bij vraagstukken zelf een prioriteitsinschatting kunt maken, wie te benaderen, waar een issue zou kunnen liggen, etc.…
