Job Description As a Test Engineer, you will support the development and production release of test solutions for Qualinx products. Working closely with Design, Product Engineering, Reliability, and external manufacturing partners, you will contribute to digital and memory test development activities, product characterization, yield improvement, and production support. Key Responsibilities Support the development, validation, and release of production test solutions for Qualinx products. Support in developing and debugging ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test. Support silicon characterization, correlation, and production qualification activities. Analyze test results and production data to identify issues and opportunities for yield improvement.…
