About the role As a Lean & Six Sigma Engineer, you will help drive operational excellence across our European logistics network by identifying opportunities for improvement, building continuous improvement capabilities, and delivering measurable business results. Working as part of our Continuous Improvement team, you will partner with operational leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and create sustainable performance improvements. This role combines hands-on problem solving, data-driven analysis, coaching, and training. You will play a key role in embedding Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across multiple sites, helping teams solve complex operational challenges while developing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.…
