Jouw week als Mechatronics Field Service Engineer (Europa) Geen enkele week is hetzelfde in deze functie. De ene week ondersteun je klanten op afstand vanuit huis, terwijl je de volgende week door de Benelux reist om geavanceerde LAN-installaties te onderhouden, storingen op te lossen en prestaties te optimaliseren. Je week begint vaak met het beoordelen van binnenkomende serviceverzoeken en het voorbereiden van klantbezoeken. Zo kan een klant in de Verenigde Staten problemen ervaren met de software van een productielijn, terwijl een andere klant een geplande onderhoudsstop voorbereidt. Je bepaalt prioriteiten, bestudeert technische documentatie en zorgt ervoor dat je alles hebt voorbereid voor een succesvolle uitvoering van het werk.…
