About this job
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de beschikbaarheid en de beveiliging van bedrijfskritische mobiele netwerkdiensten, waaronder Voicemail en andere Value Added Services. In deze rol fungeer je als Single Point of Contact (SPOC) voor het Voicemail-platform en ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor incidenten, wijzigingen en technische vraagstukken. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met collega’s, leveranciers en andere stakeholders om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen. Je analyseert en lost verstoringen op, bewaakt de prestaties en veiligheid van het platform en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen binnen de beheeromgeving. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de technologische ontwikkelingen binnen mobiele netwerken.…
