De Facility Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer, de optimalisatie en de continuïteit van alle gebouwgebonden installaties en facilitaire systemen binnen de nieuwbouwlocatie van Eurofins Leiden. De rol richt zich op het waarborgen van een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare omgeving die voldoet aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving, kwaliteitsnormen (o.a. GMP/GLP) en bedrijfsvereisten. Kernverantwoordelijkheden 1. Technisch beheer & onderhoud Beheren, monitoren en optimaliseren van gebouwinstallaties zoals HVAC, electrotechniek, gebouwbeheersystemen (GBS), watervoorzieningssystemen, perslucht, noodstroom en laboratoriumspecifieke utilities. Coördineren en uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud binnen vastgestelde KPI’s.…
