Introduction to the job The Quick Response Team (QRT) Factory & Field Integration (FFI) is part of the Manufacturing Process Support organization within the TWINSCAN Factory. As a QRT FFI 5-Shift Engineer, you provide first-line troubleshooting support for Factory and Field Integration activities and play a key role in securing factory progress and machine availability. You report to the QRT FFI Group Lead or Team Lead of your assigned team. In this role, you are expected to solve technical issues independently during your shift, through troubleshooting and problem analysis. You can design and provide action plans for others within execution to solve these issues (e.g. damages, failing tests, progress and performance issues).…
