Hoofdtaken en doelstellingen van de functiehouder Assisteert engineers van implementatie bij projecten. Lost systeem problemen op bij serviceklanten. Werkt samen met lokaal team aan onderhoud van systemen. Rapporteert trends en analyses. Voert software updates door. De voor het uitoefenen van de functie van toepassing zijnde regels inzake veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn (ARBO en VCA). Kennis, Vaardigheden en Competenties Bachelor (Electrotechniek/ICT). Kennis van producten en software die deel uit maken van klantsystemen. Technieken, die in het project gebruikt worden t.b.v. het interpreteren van storingen en het kunnen uitvoeren van service en onderhoud.
