Dan zoeken wij jou als teamleader logistiek in Veenendaal. Als teamleader logistiek geef je dagelijks leiding aan een operationeel team. Je stuurt op kwaliteit, veiligheid en resultaat, coacht medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de operatie efficiënt verloopt. Waar kom je te werken? Je werkt nauw samen met collega teamleaders en de operations manager. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat duizenden pakketten iedere dag veilig en op tijd worden verwerkt. Je werkt in een vast roulerend rooster: 03:00 - 11:30 uur 11:30 - 20:00 uur Wat ga je doen? Leidinggeven, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. Aansturen van de dagelijkse logistieke operatie.…
