As a Senior Warehouse Worker you will lead a team of warehouse operators while ensuring smooth cross-docking, loading, and quality control activities. You will work closely with Transport Planning and Customer Service, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across the warehouse operation. Responsibilities: Responsible for guiding and leading a team of 4-5 warehouse workers who perform cross docking operations during our Night shift. Maintain contact with our Transport Planning department and make sure all trucks and vans are loaded appropriately. Order picking and general Warehouse related tasks. Inspects incoming materials, packaging and labeling components, work-in-process and final products using basic inspection gauging.…
