Bij DHL eCommerce Nederland draait het niet alleen om pakketten verplaatsen, maar om het verschil maken – ook in het weekend. Als Teamleider Logistiek in het weekend ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze operatie op de Centralhub in Zaltbommel. Heb jij ervaring met leidinggeven, ben je energiek en weet je hoe je een team motiveert? Dan kan deze parttime rol (minimaal 16 uur per week) jouw nieuwe plek zijn. Maak jij het verschil in het weekend? Dit ga je doen Als Teamleider Logistiek in het weekend ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het sorteerproces. Je stuurt een team van 10 tot 15 operators aan en zorgt ervoor dat de operatie efficiënt, veilig en met plezier draait. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, weet wat er speelt en grijpt in waar nodig.…
