Als Medior Analyst bij Pension Brokerage ben je de verbinding tussen werkgevers en pensioenaanbieders. Je adviseert werkgevers door onder andere wijzigingen in kaart te brengen en kostenanalyses uit te voeren. Via prognoseberekeningen geef je inzicht in de effecten van de veranderingen in de pensioenregeling op werknemers. Je behandelt compensatievraagstukken die kunnen ontstaan, zowel binnen als buiten het pensioendomein, afhankelijk van klantbehoeften. Regelmatig heb je contact met de internationale hoofdkantoren van onze klanten en met de internationale WTW-klantenteams, voornamelijk in de Verenigde Staten en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
