We are looking for a Senior Customer Journey Expert, Digital Assets to join our international team in Amsterdam. This role combines product management, delivery leadership, payments expertise and business analysis. You will help shape and deliver digital asset capabilities that enable new forms of payments, settlement, liquidity management and treasury services for ING's internal businesses and clients. You will work closely with Product Managers, architects, engineers, operations, risk, compliance and business stakeholders across ING to translate digital asset opportunities into scalable banking capabilities and production-ready services.
