Als senior analist combineer je het werken op het laboratorium met een belangrijke vakinhoudelijke en coördinerende rol binnen het team. Je bent een ervaren aanspreekpunt voor collega's, denkt actief mee over de dagelijkse organisatie van het laboratorium en neemt een deel van de vakinhoudelijke taken van de teamleider over. Bij afwezigheid van de teamleider neem je, waar nodig, een deel van de dagelijkse coördinatie en verantwoordelijkheden over. Je bewaakt samen met het team de voortgang van het werk, houdt overzicht over de prioriteiten en bent een eerste aanspreekpunt bij complexe of onverwachte situaties.
