Als Solution Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van fysieke beveiligingsdiensten bij onze (inter)nationale klanten. Zodra een integrale beveiligingsoplossing is opgeleverd, neem jij het eigenaarschap over de dienstverlening en zorg je dat gemaakte afspraken ook in de praktijk worden nageleefd. Je opereert in het spanningsveld tussen operatie, meldkamer, techniek en klantorganisatie en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne teams als externe stakeholders. Je bewaakt afspraken, signaleert afwijkingen, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat de dienstverlening voorspelbaar, uitvoerbaar en in control blijft.…
