In jouw rol werk je servicegericht en is een goed relatiebeheer met de klant van groot belang. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en de sales buitendienst voor chemische commodities. Alle vragen van klanten over producten, logistieke- en commerciële afspraken komen in eerste instantie bij jou terecht en probeer je te beantwoorden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele orderafwikkeling vanaf binnenkomst tot de input van de order in SAP tot uitlevering van de order.…
