As part of the team you will have the following responsibilities: Support ESA in completing the definition and final selection of the most appropriate operating model for the PM&C Academy; Support the implementation of approaches for the Awareness, Foundation, and Advanced learning levels, taking into account organisational, operational, logistical and resource considerations; Analyse the Academy objectives, governance framework, learning architecture and implementation roadmap established by ESA; Assess existing ESA learning and capability-development initiatives, relevant organisational practices, and available supporting infrastructure; Develop and document a minimum of two and up to three alternative operating models for the implementation and operation of the PM&C Academy; For each…
