Je beantwoordt vragen, denkt mee met klanten en leert iedere dag meer over reizen, service en klantcontact. Check(-in), maar wat ga je dan precies doen? Van hulp bij online inchecken tot een vraag over het bijboeken van bagage: tijdens jouw meewerkstage ontdek je hoe veelzijdig klantcontact in de reiswereld is.
