Bij Tameson help je internationale bedrijven met vragen over industriële producten en alles wat daarbij komt kijken. Je zoekt uit welk product past bij een toepassing, vergelijkt specificaties en alternatieven, en pakt ook vragen rond bestellingen en leveringen op. Je combineert je technisch inzicht met duidelijk klantcontact en een praktische, commerciële blik. Je bouwt snel productkennis op en leert steeds complexere vragen zelfstandig op te lossen. Wat ga je doen? Je draait volwaardig mee in ons team en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je: analyseert technische klantvragen en zoekt passende oplossingen; helpt klanten bij productselectie en technische alternatieven; werkt met datasheets, specificaties en productinformatie; lost vragen rond bestellingen, leveringen en retouren…
