Wat ga je doen? Binnen onze organisatie maken we gebruik van een configurator om klant-specifieke productielijnen samen te stellen. Dit proces vraagt om kennis van zowel de klantbehoefte als de technische mogelijkheden van onze systemen. Momenteel wordt deze kennis handmatig verzameld – een tijdrovend en foutgevoelig proces. Jij gaat onderzoeken hoe we dit slimmer en efficiënter kunnen maken met behulp van een decision support systeem. Tijdens deze opdracht onderzoek je welke voorkennis nodig is om een productielijn correct te configureren en hoe deze kennis gestructureerd en vastgelegd kan worden in een decision support systeem. Op basis van je bevindingen stel je een requirements document op waarin de functionele en niet-functionele eisen voor een nieuwe configurator staan beschreven.…
