Ben jij onze nieuwe Customer Service Medewerker? Als Customer Service medewerker ben je de eerste contactpersoon voor onze klanten. Via verschillende kanalen, zoals telefoon, e-mail en social media stellen klanten vragen over onder andere de opbouw van facturen, hun contract, verhuizingen en investeringen zoals zonnepanelen. Samen met een enthousiast en energiek team werk je aan duidelijke doelstellingen met een gezonde dosis humor. Jij staat deze klanten op een sympathieke en natuurlijke wijze te woord. Door samen met een gezellig team onze klanten goed te informeren en te inspireren over hun positieve bijdrage aan de energietransitie, weet jij klanten voor langere tijd aan ons te binden!
