Als Customer Experience Specialist beantwoord je telefoontjes, e-mails en chats en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als salonpartners van Treatwell. Je bent een expert op het gebied van alles wat met Treatwell te maken heeft en je weet met vertrouwen ondersteuning te bieden bij uiteenlopende vragen — van het gebruik van onze salonssoftware tot het omgaan met een teleurstellende behandeling. Je werkt efficiënt, kunt meerdere taken tegelijk aan en behoudt altijd een positieve houding en vriendelijke service bij elk contactmoment. Je rapporteert aan de Customer Experience Team Lead en werkt in een internationale omgeving met de mogelijkheid om 40 uur per week te werken, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.…
