Als Customer Relations Specialist IWS (Integrated Warehouse Solutions) bij DHL Global Forwarding ben jij samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal bedienen van onze IWS-klanten. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten over uiteenlopende onderwerpen, zoals orders, zendingen, operationele vraagstukken en relatiebeheer. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak en logistieke kennis weet je steeds de juiste oplossing te bieden, waarbij je de belangen van zowel de klant als DHL samenbrengt. Zo speel je een belangrijke rol in het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten op het gebied van warehouse-oplossingen.…
