Als Customs Relations Specialist op onze locatie in Maastricht bij DHL Global Forwarding ben je samen met jouw collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de DHL Global Forwarding klanten. Je bent tenslotte het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je hebt dagelijks contact met de klant over uiteenlopende zaken over onder andere zendingen, order issues en relatiebeheer. Je biedt logistieke oplossingen aan die passen bij de wensen van de klant & DHL Global Forwarding.
