Als Senior Experience Design Consultant bij Sopra Steria werk je aan complexe vraagstukken waarin strategie, service design en UX samenkomen. Soms begint je opdracht aan de voorkant: een klantvraag scherp krijgen, stakeholders meenemen, een service blueprint maken of een co-creatiesessie faciliteren met management of directie. Soms begint het veel concreter: met UX-flows, prototypes, schermen of verbeteringen binnen een bestaande klantomgeving. Voor jou is dat geen tegenstelling. Je begrijpt dat strategische impact in consultancy vaak ontstaat door eerst vertrouwen op te bouwen in de praktijk.
