Je bouwt je eigen klantenportfolio op, haalt opdrachten binnen en zorgt dat je ze ook zelf invult. Je schakelt direct met opdrachtgevers, adviseert over hun recruitmentvraagstukken en vertaalt dat naar concrete zoekopdrachten. Tegelijk bouw je een sterk netwerk van professionals binnen jouw specialisme, zodat je snel kunt schakelen en deals kunt sluiten. Je weet wat er nodig is om succesvol te zijn in recruitment: commercie, snelheid en kwaliteit moeten kloppen. Op basis van jouw marktkennis en recruitmentervaring realiseer je plaatsingen en bouw je aan langdurige klantrelaties.
