In our team we focus on the following comp etencies: Change Management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR. A s a manager in our team you’ll mainly focus on one of these competencies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Delivering complex transformation programs to a successful conclusion, with a focus on organization, processes, and people. This includes digital transformations, reorganizations, implementations, and process improvements.
