We are seeking an Executive Assistant in Amsterdam to support R&D Leaders within our R&D organization. This is a multi-executive role: the EA will serve as the primary partner to Engineering R&D Leaders based in Amsterdam, while also supporting at least one additional R&D leader in EMEA. The role requires balancing distinct executive styles, priorities, and cadences, not simply duplicating the same support model across leaders.
