In deze functie wordt van de accountmanager verwacht dat hij/zij het bedrijf laat groeien door: Bestaande klanten te ontwikkelen door sterke relaties te onderhouden met belangrijke stakeholders, waaronder artsen, managers, verpleegkundigen en inkopers, nieuwe kansen te identificeren en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
