For a temporary replacement, our Facility department is searching for a new multi-tech colleague for a period of 12 months. Responsibilities Performing allocated work and service orders including regular & preventive Maintenance Monitor and repair technical systems of the building Monitor and repair H&S materials Troubleshooting of defective technical building equipment and installations Perform installation repair and maintenance of electrical systems (as per training BT-h/v) Performing general housekeeping tasks Performing dirty jobs on sanitary, pit and HVAC installations Adhering to procedures and use of safe equipment and tools Completing technical documentation in case of changes done in house Monitor and repair Security equipment Installation or repair of office furniture…
