About this job
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 2 to maximum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or consulting. Specialized training or Master in real estate investment and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of financial modeling, asset valuation, and investment analysis. Proficiency in Excel and other real estate analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
