Deine Aufgaben Als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden fungierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich gut aufgehoben fühlen. Du bist verantwortlich für die effiziente Koordination und Terminierung der Gespräche mit unseren Sales Managern, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten. Die Vorbereitung der Kunden auf ihre Expertengespräche liegt in deiner Hand. Durch deine überzeugende Kommunikation schaffst du es, unsere Kunden nicht nur zufriedenzustellen, sondern sie langfristig zu begeistern und zu Fans zu machen. Mit deinem Engagement trägst du aktiv zur Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse bei und arbeitest eng mit den anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um bestmögliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen.…
