Morgan Asset Management Alternatives Legal team, you will support our alternative investment platform in Luxembourg. The Alternatives business manages strategies across the alternative investment spectrum, including real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and transportation. The role includes both the creation of new funds and the maintenance of existing funds domiciled in Luxembourg and/or distributed across Europe. You will utilise your expertise in understanding the regulatory environment for AIFMs and impacting AIFs, and in-depth knowledge of fund establishment and investment management legal issues, including market practices in Luxembourg.…
