The role We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO. Pigment is in place and our data sits in a warehouse with dashboards on top, but the company isn't fully modeled yet. You'll build the core model first, then use it to evaluate every major investment. Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, bringing inputs from commercial, product and compute finance into one model of record. Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners.…
