About the role Equity is a big part of how we reward the people building ElevenLabs, and the programme is growing fast across many countries. You'll own the day-to-day running of it: keeping our cap table accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time. You'll work with Finance, Legal and People to turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication. That includes issuing grants, supporting 409A and local valuations, and answering employee questions about their equity. We're looking for someone who is meticulous about the numbers and who treats employees as customers. You'll find ways to automate the repetitive work, using AI wherever it makes things faster and more reliable.…
