What you'll be doing As our Investment Products Operations Specialist, you'll be a key member of this growing division within the Satispay Group, playing an instrumental role in driving our ambitious plans to expand the scope of this business. You’ll join our Investment Products group in Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Satispay’s Investment Firm. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Order Monitoring and Daily Triage: supervise the daily lifecycle of 10s of thousands of daily retail trades, taking over operational triage from product and engineering teams to resolve execution discrepancies, batch order exceptions, and failed settlements across partner networks - Partner & Transfer Agent Operations: Serve as primary operational contact for custody and execution partners,…
