Report directly to the founder and CEO and take over the product vertical they currently lead. There is no CPO at Intch: all product owners report to the CEO, so this is the most senior product position in the company. What you need to succeed 5+ years of experience in product management. A strong B2C growth track record, including experiments, acquisition, and measurable results. Proven experience scaling a product that already has strong product–market fit. A strong record of improving key metrics such as growth, activation, and retention. Strong product sense and a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving. Comfort working with data and translating insights into action. Experience working in a startup or another fast-moving, high-ownership environment.…
