About the role: Our team is looking for a creative, driven Motion Designer to join us. If you're not afraid of challenges, ready to grow fast, make decisions, and take ownership, we're a match. We don't limit our designers to just producing videos. We're building a team where people support each other, bring their own ideas, shape processes, and own their initiatives from start to finish. Requirements: 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives Portfolio showcasing your motion design work (performance marketing video ads are a big plus) Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work: hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs Ability to ship at high cadence without losing…
